How we work

Six steps from quiet to everywhere.

This is exactly how we work with you. Each step builds on the one before, and what we learn along the way shapes what comes next.

01

Audit & strategy

We start by looking at where you stand: your profiles, your past posts, your competitors and, most of all, your customers. Then we agree on goals and choose the two or three platforms where your customers actually spend time.

  • Profile and content audit, with competitor benchmarks
  • Who your customers are and where they scroll
  • Goals you can measure: reach, leads, bookings, sales

02

Brand & profiles

Every profile should look like the same business and make the next step obvious. We set up or refresh your bios, profile images, highlights, links and contact buttons, and line them up with your Google Business Profile and website.

  • Consistent look, voice and name across platforms
  • Clear calls to action: book, call, shop, sign up
  • One link that leads to your own site and list

03

A content engine, video first

We plan, script, shoot and edit content that fits each platform, led by short-form video. We can film with you, use what your team captures on a phone, or build animated and narrated reels like the ones below.

  • Reels, TikToks and Shorts, plus photos, carousels and stories
  • Scripts and hooks written for your customers' questions
  • Content in the languages your customers speak

A steady posting calendar

Presence comes from showing up consistently. We build a monthly calendar you approve in advance, then schedule and post everything at the times your audience is online.

  • A monthly plan you approve before anything goes live
  • Posting frequency set per platform, and sustainable
  • Room for timely posts: news, offers, events
  • Realistic growth: steady gains that build month after month

What to expect

  • 3–5 posts a week is the sweet spot. Buffer's study of 2.1 million Instagram posts found it gives steady growth without burnout.
  • Growth is gradual. It builds month after month, and every account is different.
  • Consistency beats volume. A pace you can keep matters more than bursts of posting.
  • Our packages fit that pace. Starter posts 12 a month and Growth posts 20.

Buffer, “How Often Should You Post on Instagram”, 2.1 million posts from 102,000 accounts, Aug 2025. Buffer notes that content quality matters most.

Community & fast replies

Social is a conversation. We answer comments and messages quickly in your voice, flag anything that needs you, and turn questions into bookings and sales.

  • Comments and direct messages answered in your voice
  • Leads and complaints passed to you straight away
  • Reviews and mentions watched across platforms

Measure & grow

We watch what's working on each platform and use it to shape your next calendar. We double down on the posts that bring customers and drop what isn't pulling its weight.

  • Platform analytics checked as we plan each calendar
  • The formats and topics that work, repeated and improved
  • Clicks, leads and list sign-ups as the goal, not just likes

Every month

A clear system behind every post.

Bigger brands run social with written strategies, approval steps, account rules and reporting that reaches past likes. We bring the same system to every client, whatever the size. Every post goes through these eight stages, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

01

Intake

You tell us what's coming up: launches, events, offers, news and team changes. We add trends and what last month's results taught us.

Plan

We build next month's calendar: every post's date, platform, theme, format, hook and call to action.

Strategy, written down

A plan for every account you run.

Your brand, each location and the people customers follow all have different jobs. We write a plan for each, built on a few content pillars and recurring series, so every account looks like the same business and pulls in the same direction.

Main brand

Awareness, reputation and the big story.

Content
Brand campaigns, your best proof, culture and launches
Measured by
Reach, follower growth and share of voice
Works with the others
Posts each campaign first and reshares the best location and people posts

Each location

Local discovery and bookings near that location.

Content
The local team, local events, offers and reviews
Measured by
Inquiries, bookings and map clicks for that location
Works with the others
Uses brand templates; follows each campaign with its own local version

Your people

Trust and reach through a real person: experts, founders, chefs, doctors, talent.

Content
Their expertise, their day, their results, answers to questions
Measured by
Engagement, messages and consultations for each person
Works with the others
Their own voice inside brand rules; collab posts with the brand
Proof · results, reviews, storiesExpertise · answers to customer questionsPeople · the team behind the businessCulture · trends and local momentsOffers · launches, events, seasonal pushes

Example pillars. We name yours in your own words during setup, along with a brand voice guide, platform plans and a quarterly campaign calendar.

Measured to revenue

Likes are where we start, not where we stop.

We report every step from reach to revenue, and judge success on the steps closest to customers. You see results by account, location, person, campaign and type of content.

Step 1ReachAccounts reached, video views, follower growth
Step 2EngagementSaves, shares, comments, watch time
Step 3IntentProfile visits, link clicks, messages, calls, directions
Step 4LeadsInquiries, consultation requests, reservations, sign-ups
Step 5CustomersBookings, purchases, consultations held
Step 6ValueRevenue from social and cost per customer
Tracking links

On every bio, Story and campaign link, so website visits and bookings show their source.

"How did you hear?"

On every form and booking, plus a front-desk question for calls and walk-ins.

Tagged messages

Every message that becomes a lead is logged with the account and post it came from.

Offer codes

One per platform or creator, so promotions can be counted.

Scale

Beats your average and brings clicks or leads? We make more of it, reuse it in email and on your site, and flag it to boost with paid ads.

Fix

Good reach but few clicks, or the other way round? We change one thing: the hook, the length, the call to action or the timing.

Stop

Still below average after a fix? We drop it and use the slot for a new test.
